NEW YORK—December 19th, 2019—Following two years of marked success since their initial debut, D’Angelico Guitars’ popular Premier Series acoustics have been refreshed for 2020.
Playing host to some of the most popular acoustic models in the D’Angelico line, the Premier Series now contains five models: the grand auditorium Gramercy, OM Tammany, single-cutaway dreadnought Bowery, non-cutaway dreadnought Lexington, and 12-string Fulton. Now featuring antique hardware and three new finishes—Vintage Natural, Iced Tea Burst, and Black Cherry Burst—each with a solid spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides. Perhaps the most notable change to the line is the addition of a natural satin finish on the back of the neck, providing exceptional comfort and playability. Each comes fully equipped with the D’Angelico onboard preamp and tuner. Now available through select dealers at $499 MAP.
Additionally, alongside each new model is a fourth variation bearing the “LS” suffix. Featuring a satin mahogany finish and more minimal features, the Gramercy LS, Tammany LS, Lexington LS, Bowery LS and Fulton LS are D’Angelico’s first true entry-level acoustic guitars. Each features chrome hardware and an onboard preamp and tuner. Available at $299 MAP, coming this January.
