Larry Corban artist news

I have a “Duo Show” playing originals from my forth coming album with Harvie S (http://harvies.com)  at Shrine (http://www.shrinenyc.com) on Wednesday March 26th. I have “Another Duo Show” with Harvie S at Silvana (http://www.silvana-nyc.com) on April 21st.  April 22nd is the rehearsal for the follow up recording to “The Circle Starts Here” with the Aperturistic Trio (James Weidman, Harvie S, and Steve Williams).  The record date is April 23rd at Tedesco Studios (http://www.tedescostudio.com) with Tom Tedesco engineering the session. The concept for the cd is the Aperturistic Trio (http://www.jamesweidman.com) + Larry Corban (http://larrycorban.com).  The tentative album title is “The Corbanator.”

The D’Angelico Excel plays wonderfully!  As far as a great working guitar, this is the one!  It’s totally responsive in all registers.  Everybody I’ve met a D’Angelico (Steve Pasani, Andrew Carton, Jody) have been super cool and great to work with!!
