SXSW 2022

The return of SXSW 2022 has us eager to kick off the festival season once again. We are very excited to see artists back on stage at music festivals and on tour after these two long years. And of course, we’re always excited to see D’Angelico Guitars on stage with them.

Austin local Billy Blunt was playing our fan-favorite solid body, the Deluxe Bedford SH LE, at official SXSW events all over the city. The SH was designed to be well-balanced both physically and sonically, making it the perfect gig-ready guitar.

Athens, GA based artist Sophia St. Helen played her Deluxe Atlantic with Katherine Duska and Leon of Athens at a SXSW event at the Iron Bear on March 19th. 

Christopher Gonzalez from the band KINGSMEN played his Deluxe SS at the New Africa Festival hosted by Stubb’s Bar-B-Q on March 16th. The tonal variation of the SS makes it the perfect semi-hollow for versatile players weaving in and out of different genres.

Sheridan Reed played his Deluxe Bedford at the Blue Norther Hard Seltzer HQ on March 19th.
