Since then, she has won the favor of the world’s most celebrated guitarists as well as a loyal, diverse fanbase. A recreation of Melanie’s first-ever D’Angelico, the Deluxe Melanie Faye DC is a 16-inch-wide double cutaway semi-hollow with dual humbuckers. A lightweight centerblock, slim C-shape neck, and medium-jumbo fretwire promise effortless playability for players of all stripes. Available only in a custom Metallic Surf Green.

Featuring Kent Armstrong 57 Icon humbuckers, Melanie’s signature model was designed to offer a warm, yet articulate jazz tone ideal for neo-soul. Whether playing fingerstyle or with a pick, players can expect the ideal balance of round, fat tone, as well as sparkling articulation. Coil-splitting push/pull tone knobs allow for single-coil sounds for added snap and spank.
